I think that since we have all these people implementing
robotfindskitten in so many different ways, we need to have a spec
that defines what is, and what is not robotfindskitten. This document
could also describe the essential elements of robotfindskitten, and
where innovation is welcome.

We could call it a Request For Kitten...
