[rfk-info] atari 8-bit

Hi All,

I have taken the version from http://www.sporktania.com/rfk/ and
compile it to Atari 8-bits. Jeremy did a version for 6502 generic and
it worked perfectly. I ran it in a emulator.

Probably the next step would be to do a better version with colors.
