This might not have the same effect if you aren't using mozirra.  You're
supposed to, like, hold the mouse over a character for a second.  The
NKI shows up as one of those annoying "tooltips".

It started out as a mock-up of something I thought Pedro should do to
the RFK front page, but then I figured it'd be easier to write code
after all.

Sorry Pedro, it's in Python.  Should be easy to port though.
